A Localização é ótima.

A infraestrutura da vila deixa muito a desejar, as paredes todas manchadas, os corredores contém um mal cheiro muito forte por conta dos ralos. O Apartamento também as paredes manchadas, o banheiro com muito mal cheiro, o apartamento estava arrumado, mas, com o desleixo do mal cuidado com o próprio acaba parecendo que ele está sujo. Resumindo o que deveria ter sido uma ótima experiência, tornou-se uma péssima. E os utensílios todos velhos

Estado do imóvel completamente diferente das fotos, imóvel velho e sem muita manutenção o que acaba interferindo na questão da limpeza. Loucas sujas e trincadas, utensílios sujos ou com mal funcionamento. Lençol manchado de mofo. Fora do quarto, plantas mortas, cheiro de esgoto fortíssimo e etc. No domingo acabamos ficando a maior parte do dia no quarto e para a nossa surpresa, tivemos que aguentar barulho de furadeira em vários momentos, em pleno domingo! A experiência foi ruim, não voltaria e não indicaria para ninguém.
