Apto vendido não foi o que me colocaram. Banheiro com vazamento na descarga e mau cheiro de esgoto. Bucha da pia da cozinha estava podre, fedendo. A gerente qdo acionada respondia um dia e meio depois. Wi-Fi não chega ao quarto, logo não consegui trabalhar. Mosquitos? Nem com aparelho resolvia. Acústica péssima, o hóspede em cima ia ao banheiro e eu escutava tudo, parecia estar dentro do meu quarto. Cheguei às 17h e o quarto não havia sido arrumado. Estive no flat em 2019 e foi ótimo, agora está péssimo!!! Conversei com outros hóspedes que tb estavam bem insatisfeitos! Não indico! Segue Fotos com print do WhatsApp com minhas solicitações . Recepção fica sozinha! Simplesmente péssimo!!!!
