A localização é privilegiada,uma praia com mais concentração de moradores e vários restaurantes e comércio perto, bem como um shopping na esquina de trás , deixando a viagem mais perfeita e cômoda. Além de estar próximo a mais belas praias , super indico.

Localização excelente, pé na areia, perto de tudo shopping e supermercado um bom lugar para descansar, a dona do imovel muito solicita e prestativa para tirar dúvidas.

Oque não gostei do apartamento foi não ter rede de proteção de segurança nas janelas, para quem vai com crianças tem que ficar atento.
