A casa em si muito boa. Lugares pertos, ótima localização, de frente a praia. Prédio tranquilo.

Talvez o único ponto negativo, é o espaço da garagem em relação a vaga, para quem está com um carro um pouco maior, tem uma certa dificuldade dependendo da posição da vaga.

Localização muito boa, perto de muita coisa, não falta opção de onde ir. A recepção da dona do local foi maravilhosa.

Do mais comum de tudo, que é areia entra pela janela kkk mas isso por ser em frente a praia é normal
