"Great Location but it must be repaired and maintenance more often"

Property was different than pictures posted on booking , only one key to access the room , face recognition not working , no WiFi for 2 days . Both toilets clogged for the entire stay . Location is very good .

Localização ótima, perto da Avenida Paulista, perto de bons restaurantes e padarias. Recepção do local gentil e prestativa.

Porta do banheiro do quarto com maçaneta soltando, suporte de papel higiênico caindo (foi consertado durante a estadia), quarto muito quente à tarde mesmo com ar condicionado, quarto muito escuro (decoração), ausência de prateleiras e gavetas para guardar roupas e objetos, prédio no geral muito escuro, contrastando com muito neon.

Somente a localização

Quarto totalmente sujo, encontrei embalagem de bombons no sofá, na geladeira e tampas de garrafas. Sem falar da poeira, horrível! Tava muito sujo! Fiz a reclamação na recepção e informaram que não tinha nenhuma outra acomodação disponível e ninguém para fazer limpeza naquele horário, e eu só precisava dormir em um ambiente limpo, o que eu fiz? Pedi um pano com balde e limpei o duplex inteiro. Fiz imagens, inclusive! Sério, nunca passei por uma situação parecida em hospedagem nenhuma!
