Localizacao perfeita, comodidade, itens para uso, mercadinho, tudo a mao. Local seguro, estacionamento pago no local. há uma cafeteria embaixo para tomar café a parte e uma padaria ao lado, entao, sucesso!

O colchao estava desgastado de uso. Era como se tivesse um "buraco"no meio de cama onde a pessoa deita, o que doeu um pouco minha coluna, pq eu ficava inevitavelmente nesse vao. A colcha estava levemente manchada (que dá uma má impressao de limpeza) De restante, tudo perfeito.
