No snow removal done on the property House was a mess when we entered after being told and earlier check in was not possible as there would be house keeping in place. 2/3 beds were made on arrival, and towels, linens, and sheets were scattered around the house Laundry and dryer were both full Garbages were all full Dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher full Every cabinet was covered in an inch of dust, everything had to be scrubbed before use After being informed of a kitchen was available, we discovered the oven didn’t heat up past 165F, and the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. BIG GAPING HOLE IN THE ROOF ( not advertised 🙄) not sure if this was something that just happened, drywall dust covering everything under it, also in the kitchen so watch for unintended seasoning on your food. Walls and doors almost all had damage, and main bedroom in the house has missing and damaged floor boards Middle room gets VERY HOT And bed was broken in the last room Home owner was not very responsive and wildly unhelpful when they did, after reaching out about concerns I was told a house keeper would come back to fix it, by 4:00pm the next day I texted not wanted a stranger to come by so late. But was told to leave a good review so here you go.

The place had lots of space for my group of five.

The instructions for the code were unclear and didn't work but we figured it out on our own. There was snow and the "parking spot" wasn't shovelled, our car bottomed out trying to get out and into the space. A smaller car would have gotten stuck. When we arrived at 6pm it was 55degrees INSIDE, we turned up the thermostat and it reached 65 by the time we went to bed at 2am but it didn't budge beyond that - we had to sleep in our coats, it was very cold. I texted the person to let them know but there was no response. The next day someone showed up to check the furnace, and basically walked right in with their boots on. Turns out the filter was so disgustingly dirty, it was totally blocked. Probably explains why we couldn't stop sneezing from the mold and dirty air inside the house. They never replaced the filter but took it out and luckily the heat started working. When the maintenance guy arrived he directed us to what he said was a space heater, when we saw it it looked like a bug zapper, it was filled with a variety of bugs so we didn't turn that on. The TV also didn't work- we were looking forward to watching the Olympics but, there was no remote, when I asked about that they said" unfortunately it was stolen". The place wasn't the cleanest and I was happy I brought my own pillow. The communication was terrible, there was no acknowledgment of how uncomfortable our stay was in the cold house.

Great location to downtown. Spacious townhouse apartment, with essential kitchen utensils.

The owner was not responsive. We spent three nights and got a few sms responses. She didn't pick up the call and did not resolve the problems during our stay. The microwave didn't work. Likewise, the T.v. was blank with no entertainment channels. The middle room upstairs was extremely hot. Overall, I got an extremely disappointing customer service. We stayed with the fear of unknown, no one to call on if anything goes wrong , during the heavy winter nights. I would not return again 😒.

The entrance and yard of the house were very dirty and full of garbage, we could smell a bad smell throughout the house. The house was full of flies. We did not feel good and we are surprised that the booking site has approved this house.

Was a good amount of space

Not very clean Black ice and snow was on the entrance which made very difficult to enter the house. 6-7am in the morning phone was ringing many times which was weird we all woke up because of that it was not nice

It was so good and clean. It was awesome place to stay with your family.

We had shelter. The shower was nice. The appliances worked.

The laundry could have been completed. The bathroom garbage was missed taken out. The freezer and ice could have been clean. The TV could have worked. The remotes for the TV could have had batteries. The doors could be sealed better. It was drafty. It would be nice to know there was only 1 entrance. The stairs are not accessible for seniors nor children; there is no handrail. I sent pictures to the host of discrepancies and received no reply. Upon arriving, I asked how to enter the home and was told to read my instructions. The instructions were unclear that there was only 1 usable door. It was snowy, there was no shovel or salt to clear the walk.
