The space for the price is great, it's easy to get in and use the lock code, it was all very clean, and the parking behind is very convenient.

There weren't any extra blankets, and since the back room where the futon is gets very cold in the winter, having a few extra blankets, even throw-blankets, would really help. Also, there is a fee for an early check-in that I wasn't told about it until after the cut off date for a refund if I wanted to cancel. It felt like a hidden fee and it was fairly steep. They approved my request for early check in the day after I booked but didn't mention the extra fee until the day before I checked in. I would have appreciated a heads up. I didn't mind paying it but just a heads up.

Le logement était propre mais il sentait la cigarette froide. Pour des non-fumeurs ça prend au nez en rentrant dans le logement.

Good location, parking, spacious apartment. Good communication with hosts.

It was not as clean as I expected. Surface level everything looked clean, and clean bedding and towels were provided. However, when we first walked in the front door there was a notable musty smell. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was no paper towels provided, and we could only find 1 hand/kitchen towel for the kitchen. The microwave did not work, nor was it plugged in because there was no light or time display. There are some stains on the couch and coffee table. There's nothing provided to hang wet bath towels afterwards - though there's a hole in the back of the upstairs bathroom door. Corners and baseboards were very dusty, there were several dust bunny cobwebs, and the screen for the upstairs bathroom window (which one would need to open to ventilate and let humidity out) was full of old dust. So really what's keeping me from giving a good score is the level of cleanliness of the apartment.
