Very easy to take possession of the condo. Everything was as expected. Just one block from Scotia Arena.

Apartment is in a very very noisy area in above HWy and train station too .. I was watching TV and suddenly and TV stop working and no one was there for us to call to come fix it The dryer machine was full of dry towels and sheets . There was no interdiction AR him .we were driving for 6 hours from Montreal so tiered abs gingery too but they said no our cleanner coms AR 11:00. we can change it . I was around the apartment area and I saw their cleanner come after 12;30 .. NOT a ok r a place to relax .

Communication was great. Good location and all items we needed were available to us. Overall a good place to stay in Toronto for a couple and child. Proximity to areas we wanted to visit was great.

Great location, easy to find with instructions. The view mainly overlooks the highway/train terminal but the lake is clearly visible. Plus, my toddler LOVED it: cars, trains, AND boats? Best thing ever. Space was comfortable though bed in main room is probably a double and not a queen. No problem, the sofa bed worked out nicely. The only flaw was that we couldn’t find a baking sheet to use in the oven. Not a problem, we made do, though this addition would have been great. Overall very pleased and would stay here again.

Nice big and bright. No hot water in the shower. TV box was confusing to use. Door was locked when I arrived. They fixed that quickly though.

Great location and excellent communication with personel. One drawback completely out of their control but one of the sets of elevators was not working which was a bit of an inconvenience as the wait was quite long so hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

What a horrible nightmare ! They give wrong key and we couldn't. enter. the garage and garage to the building as well. It takes over one hour. I reserve all the time through expedia, I've never had this horrible experience.
