"Excellent"

Loved the room, it was lovely and clean, and we were able to check in a little early. The key didn't work very well though, and the city view I was promised was more of a freeway view.

The check in needs work and Simply Comfort must be more in tune with what is happening to the building. My friends were driving in from London, ON on the 23rd. They used the directions given them and found the entrance to the back alley (where cars go to check in and then park) was closed...They had to drive around the block 3 times in wall to wall traffic in downtown Toronto - this caused much anxiety and stress on their part and on mine. Then the directions to the parking level was very unclear that took extra time to understand that the door to the 3 level parking was hidden - while P1 and P2 parking is straight ahead. P3 is an altogether different area. Very stressful and time consuming. Things in the condo didn't work either including the TV. As I say too stressful and time consuming I lost way too much time trying to make things work - I even bought WD-40 so that we could use the keys....soooo many small things add up. I got in late the first evening and the lobby entry station was not working....I needed to put in a code for the condo to be opened....I phoned the number about 5 times and got only message recording. I was unable to use text on my phone so I had to phone friends to text for me and Simply just said to use the code....after 3 - 3-way text/phone with my friends the unit was opened....Then after getting in, when I used the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't flush...no water in the tank!! I then realized that the water was turned off in the building.....
