Cameo Hotel and Suites

Location was awesome!!!!

There was no sugar or creamers for coffee, so we didn't have any in the a.m. Also could use more mirrors in yhe place... In the bedrooms would be nice. :)

The location was great, two blocks up from the waterfront and many restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I did not like the fact there is no staff available. My code to the lobby door did not work. I spent 45 minutes upon arrival texting with their “help” line. They said they make it clear there can be problems with the codes. That doesn’t make it ok to waste 45 minutes after a day of traveling trying to get in to your room.

Had everything we needed for our stay including washing facilities. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Someone had left the door to the left luggage open so anyone could have walked in off the street and taken our bags!!

Location is excellent - right on the main street and only a few blocks to the waterfront and the citadel.

When their technology works it's great but we had difficulty on our first day when we arrived, we couldn't access the building beyond the lobby. There isn't any person on site we had to wait in the lobby until another guest arrived and gave us their code to the building (the code to our suite worked fine). The crux of the problem is our building code didn't work. The TV setup was frustrating as we don't subscribe to any streaming services so struggled with our television viewing. The warning about street noise is valid but didn't bother us much even though we were street side - we were more disturbed by noise from the unit above us as the tenants upstairs arrived in late at night and departed very early in the morning.

Parking.

When you say that it is in the entertainment district, you should tell people that if thay are not on the front side of the building, you will not get to sleep until at least midnight, and probabley not until two am.
