Pans are too old

Almost all the pans were dirty cleaned one and only used that one the beds were very uncomfortable had issues with the keys when we got there only one and could not get into pools phoned 3 times then called next day finally got one
AUThe property was very clean, comfortable, great location and came with some basic staples in the kitchen which we didn’t expect but really appreciated!
It’s not a dislike but couldn’t turn the heating down, problem solved open the windows 😊

The booking states it is 1 bedroom appartment. It is, however, a studio. Discovering that after our arrival caused some issues for me because I was specifically looking for the one bedroom place to book.
