First of all I booked for 10 days and I forgot that checkout was the day of instead of the day after so I had been woken up to the cleaning lady at my door telling me I had 15 minutes to check out then when I tried to talk to her, she kept saying no when I had called the company and talk to what I think was the boss I had told him that I forgot that the checkout was today and that I needed at least half an hour to check out. He told me that it would be taken out of my deposit. I had asked him if he had any other units available because I had so many bags and it was snowing outside. He had told me no three times then I had asked him if he could give me 15 minutes because I had been there for 10 days so it would be nice to have at least 20 minutes or so to pack up and get my things together he told me it would be charged to me. I had no time to check out a bunch of bags in the middle of a snowstorm, I wasn’t treated with respect or kindness so put it this way if you’re wanting to spend money and ask for compassion then don’t stay here you will be charged. You will be told to leave in less than 10 minutes. An important upon booking they charge more money with PayPal on top of what you are charged with booking that’s not disclosed they have no regard or compassion for the money that you are spending and I thought that a corporation would have more than one unit to accommodate a problem like this and all I got was no no no no no no no over and over again a colleague of mine had also experience an issue with them and lots of fees that were charged after upon checking out but I decided to give them a chance it will never happen again and FYI, when putting glasses into the dishwasher if it breaks, they charge $10 a glass

Parking was alittle weird but managed to find it.

Same as other review but yo add further comment on studio n it’s a closet your staying. Ensure instruction to open Murphy bed.

See above and my other review as we had 2 condos. Plus I still to date have not had my deposits returned.

The condo was decent but small. Staff overseeing rental were not informed nor very helpful. Rented pic showed pool yet guy on phone says we couldn’t use the pool it was closed for the winter. Then to find out on our own it was open. The rental did not stipulate we could not park at location for 1 of the 2 Condos we rented therefore we were scrambling to figure out parking to get to hospital in morning. Travel was for surgery st St Joseph’s hospital for 1 night. The stay only further added stress to the situation.
