Finding out after rsvp no one would physically be at the property and no food on site. Phone and virtual assistance was excellent

location was good. room itself was clean, nice view, comfy bed.

Parking was a nightmare. I understand headaches of parking in a big city. I do not understand a host offering parking for an extra fee, only to assign you an apartment resident's parking space. I had to find a lock box in the room for the garage remote. Went to the assigned a space from my email and parked. Elevators difficult to navigate at first, they're not labeled for which building or room numbers as instructions said they would be. The next day I had a parking warning ticket from security (lucky I had to get stuff from my car, or I wouldn't have checked before leaving the following day). As this is not a hotel, but private apartments, security were unable to help other than saying the parking space I was in was reserved. I contacted the hosts by phone and they needed me to email them a picture of the parking ticket, and the space I parked in to prove I hadn't made a mistake. Luckily security was helpful enough to say that garage level P1 was free visitor parking that could be used during the day. So I parked there, waited over an hour for a new parking space assignment, which I only got after I sent a follow-up email, hosts didn't contact me on their own. Before parking there, I checked with security to make sure that space wasn't reserved. If the host would do the bare minimum of checking with security before assigning guests a parking space, all of this wouldn't have been an issue. there was also bedding left in the dryer and the window blinds were broken Lowered my review because they're charging me 30 CAD for getting coffee on their dish towels. So don't use their dish towels.

The sink was clogged and turned on a shower, and the water would keep running out of tap. Couldn't find parking at first.

The fitness suite, pool and sauna are amazing! Very clean and open 24hrs. Also, the hosts were great about letting me extend my stay last minute.

The bathroom tiles could use a clean.

NOT AS ADVERTISED - STAY AWAY! I was deeply disappointed with my unit (#775). It looked nothing like in the pictures they advertised. It was much smaller than shown in the pictures and had a Murphy bed that, when flipped down, was not only uncomfortable to sleep on but also precluded the dishwasher und under-sink cabinet from being opened. The unit was claustrophobically small, and the whole experience almost comical. While the amenities were in general as listed, I think the apartment size and quality of bed were deeply misleading from the pictures. After my trip I raised this with GlobalStay and they were completely unapologetic about it. I will never use them again, and I think Booking.com should take action to protect customers from such false advertising.
