"Apartments can be over rated."

The view - not so bad

The staff — I paid for a 2 guest access on booking but the staff forced me to pay an additional amount because when I entered names on booking, I entered only 1 name but paid for 2 guest access. The host was also not warm in their approach. Very transactional.

"Exceptional"

The check-in went very smoothly. The property was easy to location and the room was simple to find. The building was amazing with wonderful facilities. The condo was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay.

"It was disappointing"

I was extremely frustrated with how difficult it was to access the property. I was told the unit would be open upon arrival, but when I got there, it was locked. After calling for help, they informed me that the key was actually in a lockbox, but when I tried to open it, it was completely jammed and wouldn’t work. Instead of resolving the issue, they reassigned me to a different room that I never requested. After two hours of back-and-forth because they were unprepared and wouldn’t grant me access to the original unit, I was finally given a room—only to find that it wasn’t even properly prepared. There were no towels, and the dryer was filled with wet, dirty laundry. When I asked for towels, they simply told me to use one from the dryer. To make matters worse, when I called and showed them a video proving that the lockbox was jammed and the unit was locked despite their claims, they accused me of lying and demanded proof—proof that I then sent them. Even after that, it still took them two hours to place me in a room, leaving me stranded outside with nowhere to go. The entire experience was extremely disappointing, and their lack of assistance made it even worse.

"BEWARE SCAMMERS - PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE!"

Not much!

After you book you’re notified that they want a $200 deposit (that will be refunded after 7 days) and then there is the paperwork. You even have to send a picture of your identification along with another picture of you holding your identification. So I booked a three bedroom apartment. When you clicked on the pictures of the three bedroom apartment it was a beautiful open concept, with floor to ceiling windows and never-ending views. However when we got there, we opened the door to find a VERY SMALL two bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the kitchen. The area that the queen bed is in, should have been where the dining table went. I immediately called the number they had given me and spoke to an extremely rude man who told me to send pictures? So I had to email him pictures of the apartment that I had screenshot before booking, to send my sons. This was supposed to be a special time as we were celebrating my sons birthdays. After sending the pictures I waited for 10 minutes, no callback. So I tried calling again and again and again. No answer! So I called from my partners phone who has a different last name. He answered immediately. He told me he didn’t want pictures of the one I thought I had booked he wanted pictures of the apartment I was booked in? So I took pictures of the apartment and sent them to him. Still no call back from him. Once again I tried calling and calling…..no answer. So I called Booking.com which is where I had booked this place. The representative called and tried to advocate on my behalf. He insisted that this was the apartment I rented and that it was a three bedroom. I went to booking.com to pull up the pictures and low and behold they had switched the pictures. It was so disappointing, to be scammed. We were so crammed. As for my deposit, I have serious concerns it is going to be a fight to get it back. Although I documented the whole place with pictures before leaving. But you never know what a scammer will come up with?

"Comfortable but annoying to deal with the blinds."

It is a very nice building and a decent layout inside of the apartment. Linens and other essentials were provided and easily accessible, and the room was relatively quiet.

The blinds were broken and were not fixed during my stay. It was difficult to get any sort of privacy given that the only window could not be covered properly or fully with the broken blinds.
