dirty, shower has mold. dishes in the dishwasher smelled terrible Coffee pot was disgusting It's expansive for being dirty

The shower is a bathtub….the sink and the bathtub both clogged up when showering and brushing !! Awful experience pls don’t book it’s also not very central location to live in Toronto city far from everything

Great location, easy to catch public transport everywhere. About 2kms from downtown so good walking distance also. Shops close by for groceries. Apartment is in a secure building, felt very safe walking around area. Good facilities in apartment including washing machine and dryer.

Would have been good to have a pedestal fan or ceiling fan in bedroom area.

Location. Nice and clean tiny apartment.

The vertical office-like shades don’t really cover from outside lights. They might need to be replaced to something much cosier, or at least blackout blinds need to be installed. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was too loud. Same applies to the A/C Heater fan. The floor laminate needs fixing.

How presentable the apartment was Must Say I Would Be Back

Bus stop nearby, two grocery shops within walking distance. Clean pool and gym facilities, nice staff at reception. All the basics you need for cooking - salt, spices, oil, sugar etc. Pans, pots, lots of cutlery and crockery. One thing I thought would be handy is a cheese grater. They had shower and laundry necessities, even toothbrushes, razors etc. That was a nice touch.

The place desperately needs a touch up - marks, scratches, holes all over the walls, there was even one small hole on the ceiling. Some sockets were hanging loose, exposed wires - very dangerous. Kettle was absolutely disgusting, we had to go and buy a descaling powder to clean it. Basically no isolation in the apartment - god forbid any of your neighbors are having a party, which was exactly happened during our stay, you'll hear every sneeze and won't be able to sleep. Weed smell in the corridor. Sauna was broken in the men's changing rooms. No free/discounted parking - 20 quid a day is a bit excessive. Didn't like the fact that we were required to take out the trash and put on the dishwasher on our way out; might as well ask your guests to mop the floors before leaving. Talking to support through booking was like pulling teeth - not helpful or accommodating at all. We wanted to extend our stay for another week, and I had to literally drag the information about availability and price out of them.
