Centrally located.

Unit 771 could use a fresh coat of paint. There were a lot of scratches on the wall.

No one else ever used the pool so we had it to ourselves.

Toilet flusher clearly loose and hanging out but refused to fix as it still ‘works’ after videos and a person seeing - yet looked like it would break if used as unintended which I did not want to liable for so had to use only one of the two toilets as a family. Light switches but no lights - later told light switches don’t work as there are just lamps. Floorboards braking and cupboards peeling. No instructions on how to use gym and pool facilities.

Location, access, comfy

No TV nor internet with no concern of owner to rectify it

The main goal of any temporary housing is to be able to spend the night in it. You will be able to spend the night here normally, you will be able to cook food normally, you will be able to move in normally according to the instructions. But this is where the pros end and the big cons begin, which I will write about in the cons. P.S. It's a shame, because this apartment could have been made beautiful...

1. Traveling through all the cities of Canada, only in this accommodation facility we were asked to first make a deposit, and then send our ID. Why and to whom I sent my data is unclear. 2. The room was incredibly dirty, which can be seen in the attached photos. The beds were covered in animal hair, and we are allergic to animals! (in the photo) There were stains on the beds, it's scary to think what from. The hoods and window sills were in a huge layer of dirt, which indicates that they have not been wiped for a very long time! (in the photo) 3. When we checked in, we found someone's unwashed linen in the washing machine (in the photo) 4. The curtain in the bathroom had long since rotted and was covered in mold (in the photo) 5. Well, the cherry on the cake was the view from the window looking out directly onto the highway

Perfect location, easy to get to the beach, Loblaws and Enercare Center. The apartment has enough towels and great view.
