"Great space, well cared for, super equipped, a carefree stay."

The apartment is in perfect condition. The kitchen, bathroom, and beds are all in excellent condition. 100% equipped with the necessary elements to use all the equipment without worry. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, sugar, coffee mate, etc. Quality and quantity of towels. Washing machine, dryer, complex and easy to use. The truth is an incredible place; I will choose it again without a doubt. It is very well located since, walking just a couple of blocks, you can go downtown, but at the same time, the area is very quiet.

What I am about to say is not serious at all, it is an opportunity for improvement. But it would have been nice if they had warned me in advance that I would not be able to receive packages in the complex. It is to be expected when traveling to make purchases. I think it is an opportunity to improve that, even hotels charge for the service, it could be the same here.

Location was great. Property was clean. Building was safe. Nice amenities in the room- tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper. Parking was a reasonable price. Apartment was fantastic and suited our needs so well.

Television wasn't working. 3 bags of garbage left out on the patio (to the side but still there).

The facilities and location

I had an issue with the remote from the first day, which was unresolved. They kept delaying the repair, resulting in the same problem during my entire stay.

Location

The door lock wasn’t working, so for 3 days we had to leave our door open!! And the communication with the host was so bad.
