GLOBALSTAY Magnificent Condos in DT

A great place to stay if you are going to a concert at Budweiser stage.

The apartment has one bedroom, not two. The full bed is placed openly in a corner next to the bathroom door. I have to book another hotel room for my parents and let my daughter sleep in the only bedroom. The dishwasher makes very loud noises when it is running.

The accommodations were clean and spacious and a great location for us and what we wanted to do. The pool was great

It was clean, nice, and appealing to look at.

The people at the front desk seemed very visibly anoyed whenever we had questions, Especially the shorter indian man with a beard who worked the night of the 27th.

Very Cumbersome registration and getting entry key. Have not received my deposit back yet.

The location is good and the wifi and swimming pool and bed is nice.

The room is very small and the price is quite high as it is not a hotel.

The condo was lovely very clean lots of room for belongings had everything you needed. Good location close to shops & coffee shops places to eat.

The security staff were quite rude & there was no where to leave our belongings from 11am check out until our flight at midnight so we had to take it in turns at staying in reception with the cases

1 hr early check in easy.

Bathroom sink drain broken thus unusable for our 3 days. Communication around the issue was absent. No status for 24 hrs and I had to initiate. They dropped the ball. Upon arrival, we discovered the dryer JAMMed packed with towels and linens. And musty smelling because it was overloaded. Lastly we arrived to a dishwasher full of, all be it clean, dishes and glasses for us to unload. If the cleaning staff doesn't have time to finish the job, no need to offer a 1 hr ealier check in. After bringing all this to the "call centers?" attention, which has a very corporate support feel, we were simply apologized too, with no compensation for our experience. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I thought a $300 a night experience would be more comfortable., and responsive to our needs. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this accommodation.
