Location was good quite close to town and the harbour. The flat had very basic furniture it is functional and well equipped.

The AC was a problem and only resolved on the last night thus we had two uncomfortable nights - The bathroom is a bit small so one at a time only !! These are residential units and there are a lot of dogs on the premises the corridor smells we reported this. The neighbours above were a bit noisy but I guess that’s the norm for high rise apartments!!

Good location, walking distance to lot of things: CN tower, budweiser stage. Good size for a stay.

The security guard was helpful and nice! And it had a good location.

We had so many problems with this place. First of all, they require you to PayPal your security deposit and send an email with ID. I felt it was unsafe and I’ve never done anything like that for another country and it wasn’t advertised well that those were required. The day of our stay we were notified that the parking was “full.” The on-site staff notified us that the parking is up to the owners so they shouldn’t advertise parking if they’re going to tell you it’s full. There is a parking lot nearby but the nearest public garage is about 0.5 mile away. Where we arrived, there was a giant dehumidifier in our bathroom taking up about half the bathroom. They did remove it the following day after we had to notify them it was in there. Security had to help us find our keys because the instructions didn’t specify which stair case. And I didn’t feel the place was clean enough, it wasn’t dirty but the one bed we didn’t sleep in because it was questionable if the sheets were actually clean or not. I DO NOT recommend staying here by any means. I was beyond disappointed.

Excellent building amenities, prime location and close to almost everything in Toronto walking our really short car time.

We were expecting a more private room setup but we made it work for the short time we were staying
