La beauté du logement et la facilité d’accès au lieu. Le stationnement se situe à quelques pas de la porte, les points touristiques sont accessibles à la marche et il y a tous les services (épicerie, pharmacie, etc.) au coin de la rue.

Beautifully clean, with everything you would need for a stay in Quebec.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing! It was great to beat the heat of the last few days. The building was secure and easy to access. The host was quick to respond to questions that I had. Old Town was only a short cab ride away. It worked out perfectly for our stay!

The neighborhood definitely has a homeless presence however I felt safe and my car was safe parked on the street overnight. It was an interesting mix of people. The area was clean and cute and had a good amount of tourists as well.

Les indications étaient claires. L'appartement est bien sympatique, bien décoré et propre. Il est situé proche du centre ville. La piscine est est plus quand il n'y a pas trop de monde.

Le quartier n'est pas très beau et la piscine est très convoitée. Certaines règles ne sont pas respectés notamment boissons dans la piscine. L'attente longue à l'ascenseur.

Very clean, super easy instructions. Comfortable beds. Quick 5 min Uber into old town Great appliances, coffee machine, washing machine etc

The location was convenient to all areas in the city. The pool was great. The building was safe and secure. Parking in the local lot was reasonable and safe. Restarants nearby were outstanding. The city, as a whole, is very friendly and welcoming.

The heat and a/c were confusing. We couldn't get the heat to turn off. People have mentioned the population of homeless people , and there were quite a few, but we never felt unsafe, including later in the evening. They really kept to themselves.

Very clean and comfortable with all facilities needed. Great for a couple. A big bed and shower and generous amount of towels.

It was a bit awkward getting through the two sets of doors with security locks. It was in, what felt like, a commercial/ office block/ student accommodation part of town.
