Initial / New Yorker / Centre-ville de Québec

We are a family of 3 people and stayed in this apartment for 4 nights (12/29-01/02/25). The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all appliances, the coffee has been provided. The shower was strong and hot. The location was quiet, we didn’t hear any noise near our apartment. The “Metro”supermarket is just 5-7 min walk from the Apt building and we were happy with the variety of food there. We walked once to the Civilization Museum(city center)and it took us 25 min,but the following days we used Uber because our 6yo child didn’t want to walk 25-30 min 1 way to the city. To take Uber to the city center costs $10-13 CA. The taxi from the airport was $42 CA. The beds were clean and comfortable, our child slept on the sofa in the living room(transforms into a big bed). The internet was great, my husband was able to work on his laptop.There is a reception-lounge room on the 1st floor of the building with WiFi as well,so, if you need to wait for a taxi or have some hours before your flight (after check out from the Apt) then you can stay there. We recommend this apartment if you need to spend time in Quebec City.

Large, modern, clean, secure apartment with great facilities in central location. Handy for old town, railway station and cruise port. Great comms with host.

Walk distance from the Via Rail Station and to the Old Quebec.

It could have been better cleaned.

While the apartment is only 20-25 minute walk from the old town the area felt very unsafe after dark due to quite a large homeless population in the neighbouring park with a strong smell of drugs.

Clean, comfortable, attractive apartment with a good supermarket and bakery nearby. Quite a busy road but very well sound-proofed. Great communication with host who provided lots of useful information.

The apartment was great. Easily accessed from the railway station. Later, moved to the cruise terminal was reasonably straight forward. Apartment facilities included washer and dryer ✔️

No coffee or tea cups/mugs. I could not understand why???
