The location was very convenient, check-in process was easy

Wasn't as clean as we would have expected, it didn't even have soap for the bathroom sink and the discoloured duvet was only placed between two sheets, not within an enclosed cover. The place also wasn't secure, no deadbolt on the ftont door so you could hip check the door from the outside and it easily opened.

Our hotel room was changed last moment to another hotel, as the property had some problems. It was fine in general, however, the dishwasher was not working, no microwave, no toiletteries, no view from the windows, just some cooking utensils... and the price of this new room, compared with Google, was actually cheaper than we initially ordered.

There was no heat it room and wouldn’t let us switch rooms

Very clean, great location, close to excellent coffee shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Everything need to improve, I drove 6 hours from Toronto to Montreal. When I open the door I was shocked. Beds are not ready, garbage everywhere, shower room have towel that have been used and not clean up. Worse thing is you can’t get refund by booking.com because they have to let host to email them a confirmation for cancellation. And not one is picking up a phone. Please do not book this if you want a happy trip.
