Boutique Lofts Notre Dame - Vieux Montréal

Loft Boutiques Notre Dame was fantastic, the apartment was spacious, we loved the amenities of a full kitchen and the open communication with the property owner.

Nothing, we had a great stay in Old Montreal at Loft Boutiques Notre Dame!

The location is great and it’s a very spacious apartment, beds are comfortable and checking goes smoothly.

It was not very clean, the floor was sticky and after we walked around on barefoot they were very dirty. There is also no airconditioning in the bedrooms so they can become very hot at night. There was also no iron and iron bord. Tv also didn’t work.

The location was perfect!

Prior to arriving asked if there was coffee and enough towels for 5 people. Owner said yes. When we arrived there was a coffee maker but not coffee. There were enough towels for 3 people. Called the owner in the morning and had to explain explain to him several times that we needed 2 more bath towels. He asked me several times how many guests there were; I kept reintegrating the booking was for 5 people. If they had told me there was not going to be enough towels I would have brought from home. He said he will see if someone could drop more towels off, no one ever came and I never heard from him. The TV did not work. One of the children is handicapped and we had to carry her up 3 flights of stairs. It would be helpful if in the description of the place it was indicated that the property is not wheelchair accessible.

Street party noise all night long until after 4:30 in the AM. Also, it was not clear to me when I booked that this was not a hotel - felt tricked at that price. Finally, when I finally got the lock box unlocked, there was no key in it, and I had to sneak my way in to get it from the cleaning crew that wasn’t done after 3:30. All the while, I got disconnected on the phone from the person supposedly helping me…and when I called back 3x, it rolled to VM all three times. Absolutely pathetic user experience….

Unit is very spacious. Good for families of 4 Excellent location with amenities e.g. wide range of restaurants, from fast food to pub, to fine dining, corner store near by, etc. Driving to downtown core and several other interesting districts (e.g. Saint Denis, Mount Royal) are just minutes away

Host could have left some notes regarding parking. For example, the location for the best pay parking lot, OR if you decide to park on street overnight, make sure to get up early to feed the parking meter. There were no condiments such as salt, pepper and sugar which we typically find useful.

Location is perfect! The property was clean and nice.

I didn’t know there is a lot of stairs to our room, it was a bit disappointing.
