New & Modern Apartment with Beautiful Lake View!

Proche du centre, proche de commerces (Migros, Denner), proche du lac. Endroit très calme avec petite vue sur le lac.

Die Wohnung war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, schön und in zentraler Lage. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Property is minimalistic, roomy, quiet and has all necessities. I slept very well. Has a nice view to the lake and its also very near to go there.

The apartment is a bit worn out, and could use some painting here and there.

Nice view on the mountain and partly on the lake. Quiet neighborhood, elevator in the building, apartment well furnished.

The bed mattress and the pillows were uncomfortable. The former too soft and the latter very small. The key of the apartment was left in a mailbox without lock/combination, in principle could have been taken by somebody before our arrival. The cupboard next to the kitchen smells a bit like mould.

Best host ever. Every info or favour we asked, was responded immediately. The apartment is very spacious, bright, there is antre, living/sleeping area with view on the lake, spacious bathroom and separate kitchen with all that you need with dining table. Location is perfect, its quite area, about 10min walk from the centre of Lugano and less from the lake.
