Clean, quiet, close to lake and train station, good size, nice view from bedroom, very quick and detailed and friendly communication with owners, easy check in!

No hooks on wall for coats nor in the bathroom for towels, except for a few hangers in the wardrobe or one bar in the bathroom. Most of the clothes had to be put on the chairs and we had to hang hand towel in between the doors of the cabinet under the sink to let it dry.

Apartment is easy to find, it is quiet, clean and warm, has all the facilities for a short stay. Very nice location - bus station, Lugano lake and Monte Bre are within walking distance.
