Prompt response, location

The cooking facility is a bit too old and slow. A bit worried about the safety as we are using the same key for gate and apartment; and the balcony door next to the kitchen seems dangerous

Nice place but need some maintenance and need to review the policy of check-in and check-out regarding the time it’s not reasonable

Check-in and out policy

Location was perfect, just off the main street.

Bathroom sliding door kept getting stuck. Not clear where to put the rubbish at the end of our stay. Quite a long walk to find the bin.

Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt beim Bahnhof. (ev. im Winter etwas weit zu den Bergbahnen) Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es schön ruhig. Ausstattung ist gut und die zwei WC sind ideal wenn man das Apartment zu viert nutzt.

Die Einrichtung ist schön, aber etwas abgelebt. Preis Leistung ist aus meiner Sicht schlecht. Aber es ist halt Zermatt.

Location and comfortable. Very clean. Super helpful communication.

All was great

Location was great and easily accessible.

There was no soap nor shampoo in the apartment which made it difficult and inconvenient. Also only half a roll of toilet paper was left for us as a family of 5 for two nights. Not exactly what we expected when checking in.

Great location that is close to the station and other amenities!

Questionable cleanliness for the sofa and sofa bed. There were also items leftover from other people underneath the sofa and bed so that means it probably was not cleaned regularly.

Situation calme non loin du centre ville

Vis à vis important entre les terrasses et bâtiments Autour de la résidence. Ameublement bas de gamme. Literie inconfortable ( matelas en mousse affaissés faisant «  la banane «  ) oreillers complément plats «  type galette «  n’offrant aucun maintien en synthétique ( ni couette ni oreiller en plume )
