Our first trip to Switzerland, and we didn't expect it to snow in the fall when we arrived. Our kids were thrilled to be playing in the snow in our front yard. We didn't expect the yard to be so large. It was amazing, especially for us from a tropical country.

Overall all house and faculties provided are all good and looks like home only

The property was clean and located in the center of Zermatt where we could easily walk around town. We arrived in the evening and walked to the property. It was close to the train station and other main tourist sites. The view from the balcony of the property was great - we could see the town below as the house is located on a hill. We also had access to a hotel balcony with wonderful views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

We had to use a code to access the elevator to get to the property and the code was incorrect. I had to call the host who asked me to talk to the hotel reception and they were not able to help. The host had to give another code. This caused a delay in getting into the property. There was no microwave in the kitchen. The views outside the property windows is of other buildings or walls. You have to set out in the balcony to get good views of the town.

La chambre un peu sombre

3个人入住，只给两床被子和两套毛巾。预定界面上显示住宿费用及其他费用160CHF，但信用卡付款后直接扣款320CHF，标价不明，引人误解。让booking与房东沟通，不同意取消。在此事上，房东和booking的处理方式都非常让人失望。

The property was spacious with plenty of amenities. Perfect for a family. If you are tired of eating swiss food and what to eat some home cooked meals, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need.

The location is not the best, you don’t get any clear views of the Matterhorn and you get some view of the Zermatt village from the balcony. Also the bedroom and bathroom don’t seem to have locks, which is not that big a deal but good to have if you are travelling with a lot of people.
