Host respones is quick. We'll furnished.

Several plates were very dirty but host answer was ' our cleaning crew it's difficult to check all the plates.'. And it was very difficult to find the way. Please read host's guide several times

Location is complicated to get to from train station. Hauling bags with kids is possible (we did it) but not trivial. On the way up to apartment however, there is terrace that overlooks Zermatt and is nice.

The directions were very confusing and the elevator code recognized me but denied me access. Thankfully Luc's shop was still open so we could speak to someone. We ran there with just 15 minutes left! It took us over 90 minutes to find the apartment. Open the instructions on your desktop or bring a print out vs. looking on your phone as the phone jumbles the formatting into a mess of images and text.

Good, clear instructions from the host - no issues at all obtaining the key or getting to our apartment via the lift that required a code - all seamless. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed for a 4-night stay in Zermatt. Close walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and ski-rental. The host was a great communicator and good to deal with - we would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.
