A strange smell in building and apartment (but open window fixed the problem).

位置真的很好，躺在床上就可以看到馬特洪峰 住宿地點不要看google map，要看飯店提供的地圖

床為什麼要用沙發床?不舒服又很吵，在床上有任何動作都很容易發出聲音 退房打掃人員一個阿姨很沒禮貌不知道是不是屋主，10點退房，9點40就開始敲門，9點50又敲一次，最後10點還敲一次總共敲3次，一直在催促好像欠她錢一樣 如果沒有上面2個問題我會給這間房間10分

"Une vue incroyable"

Par dessus tout la vue est magnifique!!! Je n’avais jamais logé à Zermatt avec une vue pareil depuis mon lit! Proche de l’arrêt de bus pour se rendre aux remontées.

La vue sur le cervin se mérite avec les escaliers avant d’arriver au logement. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas apporter nos bagages et matériel de ski dans un ski room à l’intérieur du bâtiment avant l’heure du check-in.

"Place with Mt Matterhorn view"

Walking distance to the property is about 10mins from Zermatt Train Station. Fully equipped kitchen, heater and a balcony with 100% view of Mt Matterhorn and Zermatt valley. Coin washing machine and dryer at level 1.

Instructions are not clear, need more time to read through. Need to carry the luggage to go up the staircase. City taxes only can pay in cash, maybe option for cashless. Only 1 sofa bed, enough to sleep for 2 persons.
