Central 2 bedroom flat in heart of Eaux-vives

Great location and Nespresso maker

Flat is in prime location, however it really needs some TLC/DIY to make it more comfortable and welcoming. More pillows, blankets and towels needed for this property. There should be plenty of these provided. Also, there weren’t any hand towels. When we took off the bed linens before leaving, we found stains on the mattress. Not impressed. More coffee pods for espresso machine needed, as we ran out of them. The washing up liquid for kitchen and hand soap dispenser needed filling up. It would be helpful to make it easier to locate the box to get the key for flat. Find a better solution for people who stay at this property.

Fantastic location close to lake and Jet D'eau. Good restaurant De Gabriele next door and fantastic ice cream shop by the lake. Easy transport links. Good value for this part of Geneva. Host very helpful with sorting out additional linen and Geneva cards.

Bit noisy with banging doors in building. Facilities mostly work if slightly quirky and tired in places.

The location was ok for transport

The flat was very small and had needless items like a very oversized lamp that was in the way rather than useful. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and I was woken up every time someone entered the building. I understand that Geneva is expensive but this place was very basic for the price that you would expect much better facilities and comfort.
