Appartamento in posizione centrale, molto comodo e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, in particolare con gli autobus diretti alla stazione dei treni. Tutte le principali zone di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili, anche a piedi. L’alloggio è ben riscaldato e confortevole, con un supermercato molto vicino, davvero pratico.

Unico punto da migliorare è il bagno, che necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione. Nel complesso, soggiorno positivo e consigliato per la posizione e la comodità.

"Good Location, not so good experience, especially for my first time in Switzerland."

The convenience of a kitchen and table to prepare and have meals.

There was no hot water in the shower two mornings we were there and it was really inconvenient because it was raining and cold for both those days.

Muy céntrico y bien ubicado. Estaba limpio y equipado con frigo, tostadora, utensilios de cocina.

Me resultó bastante caro aunque quizás sean los precios normales en Suiza. No me gustaron las vistas al patio interior del edificio

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.Quando chegamos,o pano de enxugar pratos estava com mal cheiro,tivemos que comprar outro.O tapetinho do banheiro estava molhado,parecia que tinha sido utilizado para secar o banheiro.As roupas de cama estavam manchadas.

"Die Lage einfach herrlich !"

Die Lage der Wohnung war einfach perfekt . Tolle Läden, Restaurants Bushaltestelle und praktisch am See . Wenige Meter zu Fuss ist man am See und wunderbare Sicht auf den jet d“eau! ❤️Karim war sehr nett und hilfsbereit , ich konnte sogar etwas früher in die Wohnung. Ebenso bemüht einen 2 Schlüssel zu organisieren 🙏🏻 Lift 👍 munziger sitzbalkon besser als nichts 👍

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos etwas moderner aus. Leider war es bei uns nicht sauber geputzt, das machte es vielleicht auch aus, dass die Wohnung älter daher kam , etwas schmuddelig . Karim hat sich dafür entschuldigt. Leider hat es keinen Platz dass nur schon 4 am Tisch sitzen und frühstücken können ( Platz for 6) das Schlafsofa ist def zu gross .

La ubicacion, instrucciones de llegada muy detalladas y el propietario muy amable a las dudas.

Las camas algo incómodas y el ruido del exterior Sería interesante dejar un mapa turístico en el apartamento para la llegada.

"God plassering, og veldig grei leilighet for 4 personer. Trangt hvis flere."

Svært sentralt, likevel stille og rolig. Litt nattestøy i helgen. Gode senger på soverommene. Rent.

Sovesofa ikke god å ligge på, burde hatt overmadrass. Trang leilighet for 6 personer, liten stue som må brukes til soverom hvis flere enn fire personer. Ikke dusjkabinett, må stå i svært glatt badekar.
