Residenza Lago di Lugano

Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gross aber mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Auch die sehr kleine Küche ist erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, auch mit guten Pfannen und Kochutensilien. Der Balkon ist gross genug um darauf zu viert zu essen. Wir fanden die Betten sehr bequem. Und die Lage direkt am See mit grossem Pool, mit guten Restaurants in einigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe war super.

Die öffentlichen Anlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele kaputte Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, kaputte Treppe in den See.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr schöner Badebereich.

Location is perfect for family holidays

There was a bad smell along the corridor off the building and the apparent

mid-size apartment complex in lakeside location just south of 'Campione d'Italia' with nice green surroundings and great view, jetty with stairs for easy access to swim and sup, plenty of deck chairs and umbrella's, good size swimming pool with shallow and deep part, and shaded balcony with garden view. arrival was smooth with clear instructions, and guest parking is great for offloading and day trips. apartment has most of what you need for a comfortable stay

apartment was a bit smaller and more dated than expected, but assume that other apartments in the same complex are similar. kitchen could benefit from upgrade with extraction fan, fridge with freezer, and small dishwasher to help with cooking, and kids bedroom could benefit with standing fan to complement ceiling fan on hot days (A/C only in living room)

There were mould on the walls, and the property was than advertised. The residence is an abandoned hotel turned in to a ghost hotel

Good location on the lake’s edge. The room was nicely decorated and very clean.

The building‘s common areas are completely deserted. It’s like a building time forgot. No reception staff and some difficulty in gaining access but quickly resolved.
