Residenza Lago di Lugano

The location at the lake is exeptional, garden with swimmingpool and access at the lake fantastic. Very good bed, everything is there, bathroom and kitchen basic, no modernization. We didn’t mind. Spacious, big balcony…. Airco, we didn’t use it, but its there

Modernize the screens (electric), it’s heavy to use and put something for safety reasons in the tube.

No reception you have to make appointment or inform the hotel that you arrived and someone will come and make your check in. The building is old no towels for swimming pool for free (extra charge) Air-conditioning is very old but working good The second room with sealing fan makes noise No light outside on the balcony No room service or towel change

There are no words to describe our stay at Residenza Lago di Lugano. Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, very good looked after, amazing view(lake, pool, mountain). The pool is a big plus, especially for family with kids. Also there is a private beach to the lake, my kids loved playing in the sand and for those who love water sports there are lots of things to do. The lake was unbelievable warm. Free parking and free bus tickets to travel around Lugano. There are a lot of things to visit around and easy access to the most important attractions!Friendly and very helpful staff, Andra was an amazing host, kind and always responsive. I strongly recommend this place to anyone and for sure we’ll come back here again. Thank you Andra for your hospitality!!!!!!!!!!!
