H&O Royal Lovely Apartment!

Good apartments for family with a great location! You are few min walk from main station, 10 min walk to Mall, 5 min drive from very good Venus beach and 10 min to Coral Bay. Shops are very close, plenty of good cafe's and restaurants - just few min away. The house has a private parking, and located in a calm yard (no any single noise from outside or construction). Small patio - nice to sit in the evening.

This place needs certain renovations: kitchen's handles are almost all loose, wardrobe handles - the same. Umbrella in a patio is broken (it has broken fabric, so it doesn't save you from sun). It has a child cot - but it doesn't have blankets and linen for it. Overall it's not a problem, but it would make a stay much nicer.

The owner always ready to help when needed

It's not too far from the beach, though it is a little bit of a walk. We managed to get everywhere we wanted just walking, which was great. The house itself was great, it had everything we needed and more. We really appreciated having a laundry machine esspecially! A great host who was very quick to answer questions.

Arriving late in evening directions although on paper straightforward looking intimidating (booking.com Location is not correct follow the google coordinates) Service road for pedestrian access to get the house key was a unmade service road and looked unlikely / not a great introduction to property ….but once you’ve got the key and gate fob it is all fine

Nice apartment with swimming pool. I do enjoy full set of cutlery, home appliances worked. Territory is closed from strangers, also you have personal parking slot. Location is very good, the nearest suitable beach is Venus Beach opposite side of Lidl. Just walk around and you will find a bunch of sightseeing.

Some hooks or shelf in the bathroom would be great.

Stunning property, Close to the main road ( tomb of the kings) and bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet, really clean and well equipped, Bus stop just down the road, Highly recommend to book this if available, big outside patio area, that gets the sun, lovely balcony in main bedroom to sit and relax, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, pool area looks nice with sun beds available but we didn’t use it. beds really comfy, shower really good, tv with Netflix and Spotify. perfect location, recommend Fat mamas and O’Neills just on main road through the alley, also taxi rank just through the alley, everything you need right on your door step

nothing we didn’t like at all

The stay was terrible! We got to the apartment at the first night and found out more than 3 cockroaches in the kitchen (which we didn’t touch). We called the reception that was supposed to give service 24/7 and no one answered. We immediately packed our things and left. We left the apartment clean enough and put the keys where we got them. We also wrote immediately to the owner who didn’t even try to help us. It’s bad enough that we had to search for a place to sleep in at 12 at night, we didn’t even get a refund from the owner who insisted we pay for the first night and a cleaning fee for an apartment we didn’t even use! Terrible terrible place! Horrible service!
