We spent two weeks in the apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable and you can reach the old town within a 15 minutes walk. Restaurants, a kiosk and tombs of the kings are nearby. The complex was really quiet and there is also a free parking spot infront of the apartment.

We had nothing to complain about :)
