1. Very scarcely equipped kitchen. No cutting board or any kind of kitchen knife!! When asked for a kitchen knife, the management delivered the poor quality knife next day. For me staying in apartment on holidays means making breakfast and snacks, so such things as knife is essential. 2. Horrible, old mattress. 3. No tea kettle, electric or stove. 4. Dusty kitchen walls, stained leaving room sofa.

Very simple apartment to say the least

The location of the property is near to the main attractions and city center, which happened us in planning everything with ease. The facilities provided by the host covers everything a traveler needs. This is a perfect place to stay as per the budget and proximity to main areas.

There is one small thing, but it matters to many of us. The lock inside the washroom was missing. It would be better to have some kind of lock if we are travelling with friends and family members and sharing the room.

Reasonable location

Need to get the basics right. There was no info pack or written instructions explaining the facilities, wifi code, tv etc. I had to contact the owner directly for this information. No microwave, kettle or toaster in the kitchen. The towels provided were damp. No washing machine either.

Location is great

Kitchenware very limited.

Generally we found this apartment very uncosy. Some lamps were not working. The bed in the bedroom was broken and it was impossible to sleep on one of the sides. The host answered they will send someone to fix it, but nobody showed up. Still pending request on the refund options. Also the property does not respond on the invoice. Communication quality is disappointing.

Good location only 10-15mins walk from the centre of Lucerne. They give you a link to a great website which has all the details on location, what to see, check in & check out, making it really easy.

Facilities were basic and missed some items you’d expect to have. There was a coffee machine, but no kettle. There was some cutlery, but no tea spoons, so you had to stir your coffee (as tea wasn’t an option) with a desert spoon. There was a sofa bed, but no bedding. The shutters didn’t work in the living room so it was bright early in the morning. Checkout was 11am, but people came to the room at 10:45am whilst we were still getting our final things together.
