"Great place to stay with a few areas for improvement"

Location was safe and convenient. Checkin / checkout was convenient. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well. Kitchen had free Nespresso coffee pods.

Sink was clogged and almost overflowed. Some of the furniture was scratched and broken. Bathroom didn't have space to keep toiletries. Owners were not very responsive when we asked to get a free Geneva Transport Card, which resulted in us having to pay for our travel from the airport to the city. Owners never responded to our request about a possible early checkin.

Central location between main train station, lake, botanical garden and UN premises, on first floor in a quiet, safe building. Clean and comfortable one-bedroom apartment with well equipped kitchen. Freedom to check in (after 14:00) and out (before 11:00) any time even if your plane is very late. Very convenient for short to longer stays.

This apartment has a moldy smell. The carpet is dirty and the cleanness is really a concern.
