Gastgeber war schlecht erreichbar, auf Booking keine Antwort, auf SMS auch nicht und hat oft Anrufe weggedrückt/abgeblockt. Auf Anfrage wäre ein Check-In 1h zuvor kein Problem gewesen, dennoch wurden wir dann abgewiesen weil die Wohnung nicht gereinigt war. Wir konnten erst nach 16 Uhr in die Wohnung. Reinigung erfolgte sehr oberflächlich. In der Wohnung müffelte es, feucht, dreckig, überall Schimmel. Unzumutbare Zustand für den verlangten Preis sowieso. Kühlschrank dreckig, Backofen sehr dreckig, da wurde wenigstens auf Wunsch Alufolie bereitgestellt. Vorhänge voller Flecken, Licht funktionierte im Wohnzimmer nicht. Dreckiger, benutzter Küchenschwamm wurde bereitgestellt. Überall Spinnweben und Insekten. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung. Eine Frau schrie ständig herum. Keine Matratzenschoner, was sehr unhygienisch ist. Sehr alte Kissen. Schlüsselbox wurde der Pin geändert oder klemmte, da hat der Gastgeber auch auf keine Nachricht reagiert. Wir haben für 3 Nächte bezahlt aber blieben nur 2. Nie wieder!

It’s not clean and very hold house. Lack of taking care of house which not recommended to stay. It seems like they don’t clean the house even the floor is very dirty

If you sit at the front door you can see down to the river. The apartment is well positioned for access to town and the swimming area of the river is just a few steps away.

We stayed in Golden River 2 apartment but the booking details said 1. A group of backpackers arrived shortly after us and we heard them say that they were supposed to be in 2 but were sent to 1. The communication with the owner isn't great I had to send multiple follow-up messages via WhatsApp to get any response and responses were very short but this may be because of language barrier. The apartment is very aged and the shower floods the bathroom easily. You cannot open any of the windows down the side of the house as it opens onto an enclosed area that has old appliances dumped in it. So as we were here during hot weather we had to have the front door open to get air.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien situé à proximité des sites que nous voulions visiter.

Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir utiliser la cafetière : un paquet de café et quelques morceaux de sucre auraient parfaitement complété l’équipement du logement.

I actually have no idea about the original apartment, because apperantly a blackout happened before we came and they replaced us to another apartment, whihc is awasome!
