Apartment was tired, damp and had some mould issues. It was difficult to get in contact with the owner to organise check in

Didn't receive any instruction before I asked for a couple times about check in instruction.

Difficile comunicare, nessuna risposta alle chiamate solo messaggi e praticamente solo.nel.momento dell'entrata. Difficoltà a trovare la porta corretta, siamo andati avnato e indietro da due stabili senza capire e cercando di chiamare, m la chiamata veniva respinta e usato solo.testo scritto per poi sederci al parcheggio e sentirci pure dire che stavamo facendo aspettare.. L'appartamento è stato molto deludente. C'era puzza, e praticamente era molto chiaro che dovevamo lasciare pulito tutto senz però avere i mezzi per farlo. (Probabilmente dovevo acquistare mocio, secchio ed altro perché vi era solo un aspirapolvere) aprire le finestre era inutile perché sull strada o piene di ragnatele su un'intercapedine. Non abbiamo mangiato li e siamo usciti il più possibile per poi ripartire e andarcene. Siamo molto delusi. La posizione potrà anche essere comoda ma per essere trattati cosi sinceramente si può trovare in zona altro. Non lo Consiglio l

The location. Easy to get into town

Very basic apartment for what you pay for. The communication with the owner could have better, especially when trying to self check in.

Only the location.

Everything. Smells bad, mold in the house, lights not working, water cold , no respons from the owner. We supposed to Stay 2 nights for stopover. but last night we left midnight. We couldnt sleep

The owner has several apartments, that don’t match the pictures. The owner answer quick and he is easy to kommunicate. The price is higher than what you get.

Location near the center and the river.

Poor kitchen equipment, limited posibility to refresh air. The smell of moisture in the bathroom.

The place was in nice location, very near to Interlaken west.
