Al Ciani Balcony Suite

Beautifully appointed, comfortable, clean. Grateful for washer/dryer. Great location (once we figured out the funicular to station!) We would stay there again and highly recommend.

No instructions given at key pick up (in nearby hotel) as to where exactly or how to enter the apartment building. We asked some people who were familiar with the building, and they showed us the entrance and how to use the key fob. Finally inside, we found entrance instructions on the table! Frustrating but also humorous. Suggestion: have instructions with visuals at the hotel key pickup or send to guest once booking is made.

Clean tidy and safe

Everything was great except the AC I think it was a ventilation not an AC

Loved the excellent location. It was an easy stroll to shops, restaurants and the lake. Host replied promptly to any questions by text and kindly organized a taxi for us on our departure day.

Was a little flummoxed by the washing machine and tumble dryer which 'talked' to me only in German! Also, couldn't find any instructions re the air conditioning but maybe we didn't search hard enough. We're not very technically 'au fait'!

Amazing location, lovely stay. Well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and accommodating when needed. Highly recommend!
