The apartment was great overall: comfortable, modern in a very nice building, very well-furnished, quiet, ideally located in Lugano, and with fast internet.

The key collection process was a bit unclear, but the host responded quickly to my questions.

We absolutely loved the apartment, the location is fabulous and it is very charming. Can highly recommend!

The only problem was to find a spot to briefly park when picking up the keys for the apartment at a nearby hotel. Other than that, everything was very smooth!
