Nice clean and silent small apartment with great coffeemachine and Netflix (the latter was handy due to the few days of quite heavy rain). Silent neighborhood. Supermarket across the street is great and Parking lot is well accessible. Very good communication with host, always responding very quick through booking.com messages. Dogs allowed and welcome, this was our main criterium, and it worked out well with our two dogs who loved to go to the balcony.

Distance to Lugano City center and Lake about a 30 minutes (slow) walk, we only learned later that with the bus the time to the city center is indeed the 7 minutes as advertised. Additional fees for the dogs and the parking made the stay a bit more expensive than we would like, but the property provided clear explanations about the reasons for the additional cost so it wasn´t a major issue for the short week that we stayed here.

Bed linen was slightly moist and smelly upon arrival. Was replaced the next day.

Very clean and well decorated. Very comfortable bed! Immediate response from the lovely owner. Open view as on a high floor. Easy check in.

Room a bit small and no place to put luggage.

It was clean and there was a great supermarket across the street. It was within walking distance of the lake and the centre of Lugano. Simona was very helpful. We enjoyed our time in Lugano.

It advertised free parking and this was not really true. If you could find a place you can park on the street from 7pm till 7am for free. Otherwise it is metre parking. There is a charge of 15 Swiss Francs per night for private parking through Simona. .

No reception and very suspicious owner.

It’s a safe clean studio apartment, 20 minutes from the station, and 20 minutes from the lake (walk)

The building, the bed, the apartment was kind of dark. I attached photos so booking.com could see them. The property will ask you for cash or bank transfer. There is No soap and one small bag of shower gel per person for both night, that you’re supposed to wash your hands with. 3 coffee pods, for 2 ppl staying for 2 nights. You have to throw away the trash your self. You have to take out the bed sheets, which will make you see the stained mattress you’ve been sleeping on. The property is 20 minutes walk away from the lake and the station. You can check on google maps your self! They advertise falsely. They also advertise falsely that they take credit cards. They don’t. They also advertise falsely that they have an air conditioner. They don’t, it gets warm on a summer night. The owner sent a message saying our expectations are for a 4 star hotel. The apartment is on the 6th floor of a 7 floor residential building, with 2 small elevators that fit 2 ppl each. Good luck waiting for one. The lady host, Simona, was very nice though. The person texting was extremely rude.

Beautiful apartment with all the necessities and in a great location. Good communication channels and hope to be back.

Really magnificent place, I couldn't ask for better, I will return to lugano for work soon and will definitely stay here again
