This apartment in Lugano is simply fantastic! It's well equipped and there is a beautiful atmposhere.

Convenient apartment in the center. Apartment was clean and as on the photos, we had a good stay.

We came very late check-in at night and there was no problem with the check-in. We found the apartment clean and with crispy clean linens and towels. The bathroom is also private. We have heard the neighbors once or twice, but nothing special or excessive. The location is very nice and we also got a parking spot.

Everything was perfect, clean crispy linens and towels. Location was great, we have really enjoyed our time in Lugano. Was nice to have the kitchenette for the morning coffee and snacks, although there are some cafes around as well.

Comfortable space, right in the center of the city, quiet area, supermarket across the street. There is a bus stop, but really can get anywhere in the city by walk. Space was clean, nothing to complaint about. Neighbors were very friendly. As a female solo traveler really recommend this place.

Location, accessibility to shops and transport

We heard all the neighbours (TV, sex, phone conversations, cooking) all the smells were heard, the keys to the entrance door to the entrance and our room were the same, anyone who had the entrance keys could enter our room

Friendly host. Good location near a co-op. Fantastic views over the city. Comfortable bed.

Missing amenities. No hand soap, shower gel or shampoo. Bathrobes supplied but no bath towels. Woken up at 8am by a man several floors down shouting angrily and slamming doors so hard the whole building shook. At 9am on both mornings power tools and hammering from the apartment next door meant a relaxing morning was impossible. Morning we left the water was cut off without warning and when it returned it was brown. 69CHF cleaning fee but guests expected to do half the cleaners job for them.

Easy check-in process, safe private parking place, cozy apartment with all the necessary things, very fast and helpful contact if any issues

We booked this apartment to have a restful overnight sleep before our next day trip. Unfortunately, our neighbors were very noisy till 2am and it was impossible to fall asleep. Be aware that the walls are very thin, and you can hear literally everything. If you are sensitive to such problems, I don't recommend this apartment.
