Please note that the house can only be accessed through a set of 70 stairs. It is possible to take a taxi or bus close to the house and walk up the steps. Please note that payment can only be made by bank transfer as it is not possible to pay in cash on site.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony view is just incredible. The town center of Zermatt is easily reached by foot from Haus St .Martin.

Cleaning was mediocre in some places. For example, for our stay the shower drain had not been cleaned and therefore not properly draining, causing the shower to overflood if you're not careful. Some damaged furniture. In my case, communication with the owner was at times challenging.

Decent size, well fitted out, beautiful views, quiet area, great location for Sunegga lift

Steep hill to access. No road so drop off is at the bottom of the hill. Sofa bed wasn't too comfy

The view is great—you can see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The living room and kitchen are both very nice, and we all had a great time staying in this house
