Viele Sachen sind kaputt und e war eine große Baustelle. Das Treppenhaus war nicht begehbar. Was hätten wir tun sollen in einem Notfall, bei einem Brand. Dies ist unverantwortlich!!!

1) I liked that the heating was working, there was hot water, and that by some miracle, thank God, we managed to get inside the room. 2) It was clean inside, and the noise insulation worked fairly well. 3) The location.

Although late check-in is allowed (we had a late flight), during heavy rain we faced an unpleasant situation with the keys. The machine that issues the key cards works fine, but what do you do if the card doesn’t work afterward? Imagine this: it’s dark, freezing, and raining. We reach the building only to realize it’s still under construction! We got inside together with other guests, holding the door open until we received our card (just in case coz we just read a commets here). Later, when we tried to get in, we couldn’t figure out where to go next because all the upper floors were just bare walls and construction materials. It felt like a real-life horror movie. Then we noticed a printout with the room numbers on the ground floor, leading to an open corridor with door to enter. By the time we reached the room, the door behind us had closed, and the key card no longer worked to enter the accommodation or to go out from the building. It was a complete nightmare, especially since the hotline wasn’t working at that time to help us resolve the issue. Tip: If you find yourself in this situation – exit through the open balcony and generate a new card using the “lost key” option. Advice for the property owner: Write about this issue to your guests in advance, or provide clear instructions explaining the problem and how to solve it! Otherwise, we could have been left outside on the street after paying €120!

Location is good, room is clean. Getting the entrance card was very easy, the machine at the door worked without any problem. The rest is not satisfying. It was a bad experience. I will not stay here again.

There was construction work in the whole building. The room was cold. The internet was there but almost unusable because it kept disconnecting. TV channels were not working. The room was clean but neglected, with things that needed repair: nails on the wall without paintings, broken door threshold, no soap in the bathroom, and in general left in poor condition, probably because it will go into renovation. There was no information given about the building being under renovation. When entering the building, we had to walk around the whole building to find our room and couldn’t find it. Then someone working in the construction area helped us and that’s how we found it.

Nessuno risponde al telefono di riferimento. La vasca era intassata. Ho mandato una email e chiamato ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta.

Otomatik check-in var, sizi yönlendiriyor. Eski yorumlardan endişelerim vardı, ev sahipleri sürekli bilgilendirme mesajı gönderdi. Gayet ilgiliydiler.sorunsuz bir konaklama oldu.konum ve fiyat çok iyi.hemen merkezdesiniz.ev çok temiz , internet var, ve mutfak için gerekli ekipmanlar var. Bence kesinlikle tercih edilmeli, iki kişi için çok uygun bir ev.

Nothing! Horrible place and terrible service !

The self-check-in machine gave me a badge/card that didn’t work!!! The hotline only gave automated replies — I called dozens of times and left several messages, but no one called me back. If not for kind people, I would have spent the night on the street. The room was so cold that I got sick by morning. Horrible place and terrible service — the worst experience I’ve ever had. I absolutely do NOT recommend!
