Sehr gute Lage, Preis für Zürich gut, sauber geputzt, unkomplizierter Check in

Leider hat es wirklich stark gerochen, ich denke der Geruch kam von den Abflüssen. Trotz durchgehendem Lüften ist der Geruch geblieben. Nachts war es leider sehr laut. Eine Glühbirne im Flur war kaputt, an der Dusche war das Umschaltventil kaputt.

Ich konnte gar nicht in mein Zi 311 !!!

Ich konnte mit der Schlüsselkarte welche nach meinem elektroischen Eincheck raus kam , die Eingangstüre NICHT öffnen. Da kam ein anderer Gast.. seine Schlüsselkarte funktionierte. Er, der junge Mann aus Rom liess mich rein , als ich ihm meine Handyquittung zeigte. Er half mir drinnen meine Schlüsselkarte 311 suchen. Im Kasten 311 war sie nicht… auch in allen anderen nummerierten Kästen NICHT. Ich rief mehrere Telnummern an…. Sandte IMail …. Alles ohne Erfolg. Nach 11/2 Std … musste ich mir ein Hotel suchen : Trip inn für Fr 185 1 Na 1 Pers und 1 Taxi für 20 Fr kam auch noch dazu. Ich bin 76 Jahre und nach diesem Stress total erschöpft!!! …also für den 1. Sept 2025 wo ich aber schon im gaesthaus Elisa 6 gebucht und per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte. Heute 2. September bis jetzt 22:20h keine Reaktion von Elisa 6 !!! Obwohl ich gestern Abend/ Nacht tel auf den Beantworter und per Mail Hilfe gesucht habe. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden. So kann man einen Gast , welcher schon bezahlt hat und NICHT dafür kekam,behanden !!!! Jetzt warte ich auf die Rückzahlung meines Geldes und eine Beteiligung an meinen zusätzlichen Kosten und dies morgen 3. Sept 2025 Maria Sutter

When I arrived to check in the key card from the kiosk did not work (which was an onerous process to begin with). I called, emailed, and messaged via WhatsApp multiple times each but received no communication back (including from Booking) After about 45 minutes another guest came back and told me I could use the "Lost Key" option on the kiosk until I got one that worked. They said they had figured this out after 2 hours themselves and after making two extra key cards. The host never replied to any of these messages throughout my stay nor did Booking. There were lots of red ants in the room. One of them (or something else) bit me on my leg and the bite is still badly swollen 4-5 days later. The shower did not drain, but eventually I figured that out as well. Also be aware, there are towels but no soap or other amenities of any kind in the apartment unless you count a few sugar packets. The walls were very thin and I could constantly hear other rooms nearby of people snoring, tv, etc. as well as ongoing construction in the morning. Be aware the building is under significant construction; there is a dumpster out front, plastic walls, and a dusty/dirty lobby. I regret booking this apartment and wish I had paid slightly more to get a much better experience as many of my colleagues had. Lesson learned. If something is significantly discounted there is a likely a reason. Please also look at this property at Google reviews, I also wish I had done this as part of my research. The Booking reviews actually looked good, which was not accurate to my experience.

Price and location.

Everything is much nicer in the photos. In reality the place is not cosy. There were no soap and the entrance card was not working at first. I needed to make another one.

In Palazzo si fanno dei lavori polvere da per tutto e alle 7 di mattina i lavoratori cominciava a lavorare, piati sporchi,sapone al bagno non ci stava,il letto come ti movevi faceva rumore,ferro da stiro non ci stava aveva solo il tavolo da stiro, vicino al water sul pavimento ci stava un pezzo di carta igienica.......

Das Haus wird gerade saniert keine Treppe verfügbar. Zugang zum Zimmer undurchsichtig und schwer zu finden.

nothing is good in this unit, only the location was handy for me. I do not recommend this place for anybody.

NEVER stay in this place, because they simply DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is a guesthouse with self check-in and lots of problems, and they DONT HAVE PEOPLE to help issues such as if the KEY DOESN'T WORK! Before making the booking i called them to ask if they had people available in the night i would arrive, because my flight would arrive 21:30 in Zurich and they said FOR SURE i could reach them if needed! However i arrived there and the key did not work and THERE WAS NOBODY to help! I called booking.com and they ALSO COULD NOT DO ANYTHING! SO I HAD TO STAY OUTSIDE until the morning! Only in the next day around 12:00 the cleaners called someone who came and passed by and put a key for me in the mail box, however this key ALSO DID NOT WORK! Can you imagine someone came and left a key that he did not even TEST if worked? I waited more 2 hours until a new key was brought. During the days i stayed there i saw other guests arriving and having the same problem and also not being able to reach the administration by phone! Unbelievable! They know something is not working and still they don't have anybody reachable! I did not get any apologies from them, they also did not answer any emails i sent, nothing. The owner simply does not care about the clients, i wonder how is he still in business! After 1 week i still did not get any REFUND! So once again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
