The furniture needs an update, and the floor layout could be improved.

The apartment is well located, close to the city center and with quick access from the train station. It is airy and bright, and it has all the necessary appliances. The washing machine and dryer are excellent extras that make a longer trip much easier.

There was a miscommunication regarding the messages upon arrival, and even though the apartment was ready, the information to pick up the keys took a while. We waited in a nearby restaurant, but with kids and luggage, it was a bit uncomfortable. I suggest sending the access information a few hours in advance.

Central yet quiet location in Zermatt. Extremely helpful host with easy instructions for every step. Very clean with great facilities. A real home from home

Perfect location!!! All the amenities needed. Great because it included the laundry, and easy accessible in the middle of town. Very close to the bus station and everything in Zermatt… easy and comfortable

You can't wish for a better location. Quiet and comfy. Heated like hell :) Which is GREAT when it is freezing outside!

loved the location, right next to the Main Street and within 5-10 min walking to the train station. The property has a washing machine and dryer, perfect for long stays. The property was at ground floor which is ideal for young families.

The towels were thin and worn out, definitely in need of replacing. The beds are very firm, it was uncomfortable for 4 nights.

Neat and clean

The view towards the scenic Matterhorn is not there due to building in either side .
