Excellent location, can easily access to supermarket, shops and to the transportation to train and cable car. Great host who always provides good instructions and information during our visit. The apartment is very spacious and clean and have everything we need, well equipped and family friendly. We have an amazing time in this apartment and enjoyed our trip in Zermatt.

The property is located very close to the central street of Zermatt in the Alt Village. The furnishings were excellent and the apartment was clean and well maintained. A very short walk to the main town center makes the location a major advantage. Views of the snow clad mountains from the balcony was an added bonus. Hostess, Elemdina was cooperative in locating the property and also helped us in locating ticketing centers for various attractions.

Perfect location. Spacious for a family of four. Short walks to shops, restaurants and the ski bus. Great communication. I appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival!

We had issues with the internet so I could not work effectively. Found a workaround by using my phone + data, but it was far from ideal. I informed the property manager who did everything she could to resolve. They got the internet company to check but it seems to be an issue with the cables inside the house. Hope that gets resolved soon. Television is older, no streaming channels. Otherwise would have rated a 9.
