Irreführende Info, keine Kundenfreundlichkeit, keine Rückerstattung. In der Bestätigungsemail stand, ich soll die Telefonnummer anrufen, um den Schlüssel zu erhalten und auch nach 20 Versuchen hat niemand geantwortet. Ich musste eine andere Unterkunft buchen und habe auch nach persönlichem Kontakt am nächsten Tag keine Rückerstattung erhalten, obwohl ich nie in dem Zimmer war.

De locatie is rustig en dichtbij de bergen waar je fijn kunt wandelen en fietsen. Wij gebruikten het als tussenstop om verder te fietsen naar Chamonix de volgende dag. Appartement was modern ingericht en schoon.

Ik ben 1.80m, mijn 15 jarige zoon is 1.70m en hoewel wij onszelf als van gemiddelde lengte inschatten verbaast het mij altijd hoe klein een tweepersoonsbed is. Ook hier vonden wij het bed oncomfortabel klein voor vader en zoon en hadden liever twee eenpersoonsbedden gehad.

Difficult to give a balanced review, when the stay starts on a big lie. It is not a fully private appartement like described. It is just a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment. The description and the photos are made explicitly to make you believe it is. I didn't take the time to read the review, my lesson. For the rest, it is a very good stay, even the owners are friendly and helpful. Even more a shame!

Shared living room and kitchen!

Comfortable bed. The staff very kind and grateful. Clean. Good shower. Terrace with amazing view. Spare kitchen with everything what you need. Parking. WiFi.

Key didn't work - it would 'lock' the door when it is open, but wouldn't work when the door was closed. So we had to take laptop and other sensitive items with us all the time.
